The Memphis Grizzlies ended their losing streak in style with a Marc Gasol bust-out performance Wednesday night (1/9/19) at FedExForum. The Grizzlies won the first quarter 22-18 then never trailed for the final 3 quarters to close strong, something they haven't done all season.

Despite not playing in the fourth quarter Jaren Jackson Jr. showed out with 12 points in 18 minutes. But JaMychal Green closed strong with a double-double of his own with 12 points and 11 rebounds. (Click below for more postgame audio from JaMychal Green after the win vs. San Antonio 1/9)

Justin Holiday said he felt "a step closer to fitting in with the guys" on the Grizzlies having practiced with the team Tuesday. Holiday scored 6 points, had 3 rebounds, and played 20 minutes for the Grizzlies. Holiday's length also works well for the Grizzlies defensive system.
