FINAL:  Memphis Grizzlies 99 New Orleans Pelicans 90

The Grizzlies were able to use new players in that 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters to take a win over Anthony Davis and the Pelicans at FedExForum Saturday night (2/9/19). CJ Miles scored 13 points in 20 minutes. Delon Wright scored 7 points in 23 minutes. Avery Bradley started for Memphis logging 8 points in 24 minutes.

But it was Joakim Noah coming off the bench that made it happen inside for Memphis Saturday night. Noah's double-double 19 points and 14 rebound night ignited Memphis inside. Coach JB Bickerstaff postgame said, " I don't know if he had a flashback to a few years ago, but he led the charge with his energy." (full interview click image above)  Without Jonas Valanciunas, the soon to be starting Memphis center incoming from Toronto, Noah helped rookie Jaren Jackson Jr. with the load down-low. Jackson added 14 points. Ivan Rabb had a solid performance with 10 points and 9 rebounds.
