It's Getting Ugly. Final: Kings 102 Grizzlies 99 Next Game: Sun vs. Lakers on 92.9 at 8:30 p.m.

(AUDIO): Bickerstaff, "...mistake after mistake after mistake. We didn't deserve to win this game."

Friday night's 102-99 loss to the Sacramento Kings epitomized the entire season thus far. A good start, up 53-40 at the half, followed by a disasterous 2nd half.

Buddy Hield took over in the second half scoring four of his six 3-pointers over the final 8:30. Hield finished with 28 points.

Coach JB Bickerstaff (click below for FULL AUDIO postgame) said his team didn't guard the 3-point line like they practiced, didn't stick to their defensive principles, and ultimately didn't deserve to win Friday night's game in Sacramento.

Clearly tension is at a peak for the Grizzlies, now on a 5-game losing streak that started with a bad loss against the Miami Heat last Friday in Memphis. The latest loss was even worse against a young and hungry Sacramento Kings team that owns a better record than Memphis. The Grizzlies now find themselves on the outside looking in at the Western Conference Playoff race. That could change, but the way Memphis lost was rough, as signified on social media Friday night.

John Martin captured what Brevin Knight said on Fox Sports' broadcast of the game.
