(Grizzlies AUDIO) Herrington & Calkins Reflect on Tough Game #1

Home Opener Friday Night vs. Hawks at 7pm on 92.9FM & 680AM

October 17, 2018 - 8:30 pm

The Indiana Pacers got off to hot start at home on Wednesday night, and led the entire game over the Memphis Grizzlies in a 111-83 season opening victory. The offense struggled all night for the Grizz, as Mike Conley and Marc Gasol finished a combined 5 of 22 with 24 total points in the loss. The team finished below 30% shooting from the floor in the game.

Rookie Jaren Jackson Jr. had 10pts 5rebs off the bench in his NBA regular season debut. Fortunately for the Grizzlies they face the Eastern Conference's last place team from a season ago, the Atlanta Hawks, in their home opener on Friday night at FedExForum. Coverage begins at 6pm on 92.9FM & 680AM.
