Justin Holiday said, "Sometimes I just feel it. After I made the 'and-1' I knew." Justin Holiday started the scoring barrage, and Jevon Carter certainly went off as well. For Holiday it was 22 points with 5 3-pointers. For Carter, it was a rookie record for Grizzlies with 8 made 3's. Jevon Carter finished with 32 points in just 26 minutes as the G-League laden Grizzlies squad handled Golden State 132-117.

Sure, the Warriors were resting most of their starters. But even with Clay Thompson and Kevin Durant playing much of the first half the Grizzlies held up to start the first two periods 86-68. This time the Grizzlies didn't fold in the second half thanks to the shooting of Carter and another triple-double from Delon Wright (13/11/11).

Thursday (4/11) the Memphis Grizzlies will hold their post-season media day and 92.9 FM ESPN will have coverage throughout the day.

With the win the Grizzlies tie Dallas and New Orleans for the 7th position in the NBA Draft sequence.  This means a tie-break "back room" drawing will determine if the Grizzlies ping-pong into the Top 4, meddle in that 7-8 range, or convey their first round pick in 2019 to Boston by bouncing to 9th in the draft order drawing.
