The Memphis Tigers Basketball Team took their first loss of the season Tuesday night, 85-76 on the road against an LSU team that looked every bit of their Top 25 ranking. While it was always going to be a tough matchup this early in the season for the Tigers, there were many positives to take away from the game.

Tyler Harris bounced back after going scorless in the 1st game, leading all scorers with 20pts in the game. He finished 6 of 13 from the 3pt and showed on some of those shots why he was considered one of the most electrifying players to come out of Memphis in years. Jeremiah Martin and Kyvon Davenport both finished in double figures as well, continuing to prove how important their veteran leadership will be this year, and Mike Parks had a nice season debut off the bench with 9pts 6rebs.

The Tigers will look to bounce back Saturday (11/17) at FedExForum vs. Yale in a 7pm tip.
